OPTION 1

Basic Prenatal Planning

Thoughtful preparation for an informed, supported birth

Birth planning assistance is for families who want a clear, intentional birth plan without additional support services. This session focuses on helping you feel grounded, informed, and confident as you prepare for birth.

We center your values, needs, and unique circumstances, then gently explore birth preparation together. The result is a personalized birth plan that reflects your preferences and supports informed decision-making throughout pregnancy and birth.



This package includes:

  • A comprehensive intake questionnaire to understand your goals, concerns, and birth preferences
  • A one-on-one prenatal planning session focused on education, emotional support, and clarity
  • Personalized birth map (written birth plan) that reflects your values, preferences, and flexibility
  • Support in understanding common interventions, pain relief options, and evidence-based choices
  • Guidance on navigating common interventions and hospital/birth center environments
  • A digital copy of your birth plan
  • A curated resource list tailored to your needs
  • Follow-up support via email before your due date for questions or plan adjustments

Birth Doula Packages

OPTION 01 — basic support

This package is designed for families who want consistent, informed, and compassionate support throughout the full birth journey. From pregnancy through the first hours postpartum, I am there to offer emotional grounding, physical comfort, education, and advocacy—so you never feel alone or unheard.

This package includes:

  • A complimentary 30-minute consultation to connect, ask questions, and ensure we're a good fit
  • Two in-depth prenatal visits focused on education, preparation, and emotional support
  • Thoughtful discussion of your birth preferences, values, and hopes
  • Evidence-based education on labor, birth, and medical options
  • Guidance on comfort measures for pregnancy and labor, tailored to your needs
  • Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth
  • Ongoing reassurance, grounding, and presence as labor unfolds
  • Continued support for the first 1–2 hours after birth to assist with the initial transition
  • One postpartum visit to process your birth experience and support early adjustment
  • Gentle guidance as you reflect on your birth and step into caring for your newborn
  • Phone and text support throughout pregnancy and early postpartum
  • On-call availability beginning at 36 weeks until birth

OPTION 02 — Full Support

This package includes everything in option 1, with added care during the tender postpartum weeks—so you can focus on healing, bonding, and settling into life with your newborn.

In addition, this package includes:

  • Weekly 1-hour postpartum visits for the first four weeks after birth
  • Light household support to ease the mental and physical load
  • Postpartum comfort and wellness support focused on rest and recovery
  • Breastfeeding guidance and newborn care assistance
  • One nourishing, home-prepared meal for your family

Hourly Postpartum Support

Gentle, flexible support for the early postpartum days—available by the hour to meet your unique needs as you recover, rest, and adjust.

This may include:

  • Emotional support and a listening ear
  • Light household tasks (tidying, dishes, baby laundry)
  • Newborn care so you can rest or shower
  • Support with infant feeding (non-clinical, informational only)
  • Help settling into routines and the day-to-day transition
  • Partner support and reassurance

This option is ideal for families who want short-term, flexible postpartum help without committing to a full package.

Important note:

While I am not yet a certified postpartum doula, I bring lived experience as a mother and wife who understands the physical, emotional, and practical realities of the postpartum season. I offer grounded, compassionate support within my scope, and I plan to pursue postpartum doula certification as soon as possible.

$25 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours
